I think that's one of those key pieces is just having somebody else who has active, I don't know, well, access to and is going to either make you feel good or make you feel guilty in a motivational way. We all have them. Whether we were a geek about technology or not, we have them like people,. You know, the internet and connectivity in other words is where I'm going with this. So take that for what you will. Um, ultimately he's saying that a lot of us have started to develop or train ourselves to be ADHD regardless of our predisposition to that or not.
