How Many Sets Do You Need?
Resistance training makes the muscles sorof more sensitive to ameno acid uptake after training. Multiple sets are clearly superior for mostproti synthesis and muscle growth. So how many sets do you need, depends a little bit on your training frequency. There's a reasonable evidence that doing about ten sets is superior to doing less than ten sets.
