A journey map is a living document, so it's great to have one printed out and ra on the walls that rain reflect on it. It really does help you kind of revisit and learn from what's happening in the organization with your customers. And then allows people to kind of touch on very different parts of the journey also. Like, why might you pick one moment over another? How might some moments come together? I hoo several of them srung together actually start to reshape the experience.
