Alternatives to Caffeine and Sugar
Caffeine and sugar are two stimulants that are probably very much going to accelerate burnout as opposed to be helpful. You're just adding to the load rather than actually helping yourself. Caffeine is a bit of a dividing thought if you're someone who's having coffee all through the day and they're not sleeping, but it doesn't mean you have to give up coffee.
