How to Avoid Overeating

Stop eating when you feel full. Create a minimum 12-hour fast window. Try to avoid eating over 20 grams of added sugar in your food. Drink minimally. Have like no more than six drinks a week. Go with a dark beer or a dark alcohol that doesn't have a bunch of sugar in it.
