Are You Good at Attention?
How do we know if we're good at attention? We probably don't have to grade ourselves. No matter how great our attention is in any moment, if we experience a protracted period of high stress and high demand, that could be the launch of a company or a lawyer preparing for a case. When you experience those, the data suggests your attention will decline from its normative level. In some sense, we're all going to be vulnerable because of the nature of life. And in those circumstances, w we will feel it. The demands on me exceed what i'm cap of.
