Back pain can come from lifting heavy weights not lifting properly and also a weak core so typically it means that your core is not supporting you're fine. I don't think it's anything that anyone should be very alarmed about unless it's obviously something severe and consistent but I would recommend doing ball crunches to strengthen your core.
