i love yoga, and i really resinate with your brain. There's some interesting science behind yoga and breath work. What i'm gathering is when we breathe, we are, in our brains like it's time to relax. You don't have to run from the tiger im you can chill out. And that, to me, makes the most sense. Is there more to the game of breath an what it does on the brain that would be helpful for people to know? Cause is what i found about fasting, is once you know why it works, it's much easier to stay committed to it.
