Do You Know When You Can't Do Too Much in the Gym?

This time of year now that we're outside riding a lot more as well i do not want any of my athletes or myself to be more than like a two or three out of ten sore. We're constantly encouraging people to to start conservatively as they enter a strength training program to listen to their body and this the app we use does track the weights that we've been lifting so that it does give you more of a guideline. It's all like a juggling act but i don't think it's going to be helpful to go so crazy in the gym that you can't do the workout on t Tuesday.
