You've Changed?

Change is always cast in a very negative light. In many instances, change is very positive for that individual and necessary. Just go internal and ask yourself, what's important for you? What people can you add to your life that will make your life easier? I think there's a bunch of things that could happen. Obviously, everybody has. Working out is not that normal, poverty or being healthy. So acknowledging that and then looking at the obstacles and overcoming them hand by hand would be the idea.
