Sabbath - The Fear of the Unknown
There is a reality of fear that usually emerges around the unknown. There's a real fear around what we do not yet know in the practice of Sabbath. And there's a fear of what are the better options that I haven't yet known if I commit to this. It seeks to control an outcome as opposed to what we're supposed to do when we enter a day and say, you will decide, you'll choose and I'll be present to it."
