Surveys are great, but all they measure is history. What we really want to measure is behavior. Do you get a hair cut every once in a while? I do. You don't need to tell me who you go to. And by the way, you can identify customers like, well, that kind of hair cut, they're probly going to come back five times a year not fouror 12 times a year. But when you understand their behavior and watch their buying patterns, you've got somebody that's coming back again and again and again. If they keep coming back, you know you're doing something right. So i work with some of the companies in this industry
