The Importance of Sleep for Recovery

I often don't sleep that much. Like my average sleeping time is like six hours but that's what I feel I need for recovery. Take a easy day. That's the best tool better than like do any expensive things. Yeah yeah absolutely. It was quite eye-opening too indeed with the cost and effort there. The part that I thought always stands out in some of those is the importance of sleep. It's free and it's still one of the most underutilized like performance tools available for athletes there. So you definitely pay attention to your sleep as well.
