It's called how to be positive, mental training by the happy warrior. And it is a work book, so i made it so that you can actually write in the book if you so desire. So for example, chapter 15 is, don't reinforce the negativety, smile and carry on. Re framing is just such a powerful exercise. It is very much. You know, as they kind of say, a lot of it is faket till you make it, right? Putting on a smile even when you don't feel good. But that actually does have sort of a reverse effect, where if you practise positivity and happiness, it's easier to be positive and happy.
