We're doing three major lower body exercises, so we're balancing that with three sets upper body. And you see that it's a very butt focused work out. Three rounds, walk over to the hip. Crust. Pull that glut luper above the knees. Sit down, hip thrus grab. So i activate by activating the ab wall harder. Activating the ab walls make my gloots work harder.
