The way we are treating or someone for training session is the same we are treating a race. I feel I can be asked nervous before a big break session that I'm before a world series race so I had let stay himself prep in the morning eating breakfast two hours before the race and going in the same amount of caffeine levels before the session. "I wouldn't say I enjoy smashing people but I enjoy the battle and having that sort of race simulation" says Sebastian Vettel.
