i've had this lower back pain, but during covid, that seemed to exasperate. i couldn't move my leg, let alone put any weight on it. There does seem to be some evidence that as a complication of coved 19, there is this thing called acute transverse miolitis. The inflammation damages the insulating material covering nerve cell fibre. And and that inflammation caused an impingement at l two or l three. Does that regenerate? O, i don't know.
