The biggest payoff habits for recovery are sleep, getting enough sleep and investing in relationships where your system feels safe. We do a lot of our recovery during cardiovascular exercise so we need to be moving more. And then the fourth recommendation I would have is to actually train our attention by doing MFit core sequence. It's how to direct your attention so that your survival brain can down-regulate.
