I think there's a component of just visually stimulating, relaxing you almost hypnotizing you and allowing solutions to come and solving problems how many times have you driven on the long run not even turned on a podcast or or some radio or whatever we listen to these days. It unplugs us from from whatever is stressing us out or whatever is causing us anxiety and it allows us to think and reason through things I love the way that you put that you where we've driven on a long run that's what you say that rewind it.
