i love wild sarmen. I felt shortage. So, like wild salmon, phenomenal source of omega rees. And so you've got so many great examples, and you're such a great story teller in the book, of these foods we should be concerned about. i didn't want to go into the nutrition in such a way that thati would have felt that i was exaggerating some of the importance of these foodsaa global level. Many of these foods just exist within relatively small settingan feeder, small community. The beauty of these foods is they have almost coevolved with the people in that part of the world over thousands of years.
