And when you're doing plemetrics a bit in your legs, or plemetric push ups or whatever, your r ligaments are also loaded quite a lot more your tendons. So it's actually a good idea to focus on this slow, concentric and eccentric, tight strength training in order to get your tendans more e, a better gradient of stiffness.
