Do You Have a Muscle Building Routine?

"I don't do any resistance training until I've had a couple of, you know, one or two meals in me," Chris says. "So it'll be some photocoty vascular movement ... just to get the blood flow to the brain." The typical bodybuilder eats at six meals a day; he takes supplements for performance and digestive enzymes with all his meals. He's been doing Ironman triathlon, ultra marathon, Spartan, things like that but is now going through a muscle building phase as part of new video series.
