We need to start increasing our self concept, little by little by little. Perfectionism, procrastination and avoidance are often self sabotaging behaviors. So if your self concept is aut a six, i would encourage you to say, ok, what do i need to do? What do I need to think and feel? And then ask yourself whether or not it's possible for me to raise my self concept to a level seven.
