It builds out our prior research over the past couple years to provide a new framework for measuring and improving developer productivity. Laura Tacko is formerly an engineering director at CloudBees; she now coaches and advisors engineering executives on topics including what metrics focus on in their organizations. We talk about some of the common metrics organizations use and why many of them aren't effective.
