Research Can Deliver Incredible Value to a Business
The worst kinds of projects that we work on are the ones that are being used as just marketing tools or sales decks. Sometimes you get the number, which is great, but not as fulfilling. I wonder if you give us a high level example of where great research has been able to deliver incredible value to a business. We were talking to a snack supplier and they really wanted to understand how their products were getting to consumers in the first place.
