Is There a Process for Involuntary Denied Boarding?
For this involuntary denied boarding, what you're entitled to is going to depend on the length of delay caused by you getting bumped from your flight. If it's a one to two hour delay, then it's 200% of your one way fare. And if it's over a two hour delay,. then it's 400% of yourOne way fare. So just as an example, for that over two hour delay case, let's say your ticket was $250. If that's a case, then you're going to be entitled to 400% of that, which is $1,000.
