Prophylaxis for Cedif Acetyl
The 2018 guidelines from the idea say about cedif acetyl don't come down definitively on one side or the other. Some clinicians will practice stopping PPI's as a result when they believe that the risk of ced if acetyl is higher. The use of anco-mison for prophylaxis and the prevention of cedif was studied in the primary setting just this year.
