Sometimes we don't recognize and accept emotions because they're too painful an have some sometimes emotions can be more painful, more difficult than physical pain. As long as we're unwilling to open to and feel certain emotions, we live very defensively. And so we just don't really see it, don't open to it. Of course, this just contributes to a mass of self delusion. But at a certain nt, you know, i was just reactive to the noise and frustration and caught up in these mind states. It made it so much more easeful when i could recognize it and accept it. I could see it accurately.
