I believe actually what happens was the earthquake gives him clarity. And he also goes on to talk about recreating that,. like creating a strategy to be able to recreate that trigger in your mind and essentially enter, you know, what he calls the flow state. So sometimes it can be a traumatic event or a specific event that can kind of give you that clarity that you need. I feel like it really helps me get into the zone by being hungry. And I have a much sharper mind when I'm hungry, but I came in two pounds overweight when I jumped on the test scale about half or about an hour before. so I had already sort of expected this a little bit.
