Is Russia a Part of the G7?

There's now an accumulating backlog of oil tankers outside of Turkey, because Turkey is requiring insurance for ship oil tankers to pass through its waters. Ukraine has begun attacking Russian territory with apparently their own drones. If the Ukrainians can sustain that and have enough drone to do that, this could produce some interesting changes in the war.
