Do You Know What's Going On?
We began this course by talking about a number of things that happen when we're stuck in driven mode and driven to exhaustion. We can become aware, but we don't have to beware all the time. Check it out, what's going on right now? What's its feeling tone? The phrases we've added to the seeing are only there to help us stay a little while so we can see it clearly. And somebody mentioned, no goal, only intention, allowing things to be as they are. Absolutely. But what we've been doing is actually practising the term mindful ess isn't just a good idea - ideas don't last very long.
