Is There a Coil in the Center of the Donut?

The toroidal field extends two to three feet on each side of the coil. So you do get the full body coverage in that location. It'll benefit you if you put it in your lap or, you know, so I put it on my stomach in the evenings when I run recover. However, I do, I spot all the time. We recommend it if you've got, you know,. if your feet are fatigued, if your legs are fatiguing, if your knee, whatever, put that coil and focus the, the center of the coil, the donut right where that, youknow, wherever the most strain is.
