What Are the Symptoms That You Experienced With Your Training?
When I got started getting up around that level there I'd find that it would take longer for my stomach to clear. But persisting with it seemed to then dull down by the sounds. Yeah, it's similar to when we do training if you gradually increased a load and if you make a too big a jump you end up a little bit sore and you struggle a little bit for that week. Then I found if I persisted at it I could push beyond that and then it would creep back up.
