Changing With Continuity and Script Supervision

I was listening to Roger in one of the podcasts about changing with continuity and script supervision. Sometimes you have to cheat it because you get into a room and suddenly I can't see the bruise or it looks suddenly like a bruise has appeared when it didn't.
