What Is Fungibility?

Fungible is an economic term which means that something is able to be replaced or replace another identical item. Fungibility in this idea of being non fungible, ties into the idea of commoditization. Architectural services are not fungible. This is important when it comes to how you price services and how we measure the value of architectural services.
