Complexs allow you to train multiple different athletic qualities simultaneously. A well designed complex and a well and work out that features cut up complexes typically doesn't need to take much longer than 30 minutes at most. The cool thing about complexes is you can focus on different things. And many of you know some of my quite notorious, infamous celabe complexes.
