The problem is the expectations. I feel that when people try and do a lot of different things cardio strength, hypertrophy, maybe some skill stuff with Olympic lifting. They can sometimes feel a bit dejected with their progress compared to maybe someone that's specializing. The person that resonates with our message is somebody who hasn't found that consistency. It's like, look, if you want to build the most muscle possible like functional bodybuilding is not the place to come to.
