melatonin's a naturally occurring hormone in the brain and you can get synthetic melatonin which is what we use these days. do that much it might have a mild sedative effect so for me i'm not so worried about from a drug safety point of view about melatonin but i'm worried about a okay rather than winding down and developing good sleep habits  i'm gonna go hard takes in melatonin that's going to switch me off, if that doesn't i'm going to take some more melatonin and that's goingto switch me off even even quickerYeah so it's been aware it's not a not a magic bullet nothing replaces been respectful of sleep and creating that space measure
