Breathing 360 Degrees Through the Back

When you breathe into your back, it's like your stomach actually starts to come in. So i use the gorgeous ball for people that need help exhaling. I have them lean on it to push their ribs into their bodies so they can feel what an exhale should feel like. Once they understand that i want you breathing 360 degrees. And again, remember,  in your mind's eye, i want you to think about the di and, you know, i use the colander as well.
