The Difference Between a Traditional Diet and a Ketogenic Diet

The average person in the low carb group was eating what I would consider just like plenty of carbohydrate. There were probably a lot of folks who were in different groups, but were eating very similar amounts of carbohydrate. If that number exists, it's probably based on the research, depending on the type of training you do, above keto and below 3.8. And so then where is it? I'm gonna stick with three because I already put it in print and signed my name to it, but I don't feel great about that.
