The Limiting Factors in Climbing

I think we have often, had been through similar phases in the u k. Around the emphasis, in certain periods around trad climbing,. The fact that physically is not very difficult and it's more of a mental game. In some ways, i think it's actually held back our climbing at points. And i've seen that in other countries where there's a very strong ethic around e boldness and harder climbing, not so hard. But you end up with climbers who aren't as physically capable in these areas because of the social cudosis. E, in certain types of climbing. Em leme, i find that quite interesting as well. It's like that am kind of hive brain
