The CHOP - The Recipe for Utopie
The Capitol Hill Organized Protest, or CHOP, was a unique utopian experiment. The only rule really was no cops; decisions were made by consensus. By night, the CHOP became a dangerous place to be. On the 20th of June, a 19-year-old called Lorenzo Anderson Jr. was murdered inside the CHOP. Just days later, a 16- year-old boy was shot dead in a car.
