Why You Shouldn't Eat Starchy Foods

If we want to get carbohydrates, the best place to get them is from the lowest starch foods. Well cooked starches such as well cooked potatoes and white rice are actually probably okay if eaten with saturated fat. There's a study which showed that eating coconut oil or butter or like any other kind of ruminant fat that's predominant to saturated fat completely abolished the endotoxin response from eating starchy foods.
