I like the idea of as you say it doesn't have to be structured necessarily it's just another form of movement. When I was new to the gym about seven years ago I started going to the gym after I finished competitive running and I remember walking in as being overwhelmed by all the different exercises. So over time obviously with a lot of questions a lot of reading and things like that I feel as I've got like an element of fair bit of confidence in the workout routine that I have now.
