Removing Refined Carbs - The Only Step to Losing Weight?

Most people have replaced a lot of protein with carbs, and you want to flip that around if you're trying to reverse things. The average American is eating ninety one grams of protein a day, a hundred grams of fat a day, and three hundred grams of carbs a day. So what i'm suggesting to the average person is, replace some of your carbs with protein. It's not quite as simple as justy les carbs, but i would say that's the biggest offender. That's why i'm such a huge low carb fand that's why i'm in the lo carb community....
