What Is the Longevity Diet?

The longevity diet is a five day fast. The idea is that you eat just enough food to still get into this fasted state. It's meant for people that want to create alitle atophagy, a little cell death, and generate new stem cells. If i get a mile, i would say i get around point five or so milli molers. So it's like a veremar on the edge, right? And so you're not fully anticdoses.
