i always make sure that i get in like two really long walks and during the day it depends on the weather but and i'll walk a little bit at the gym so i'm like i really base it now since i was so used to tracking them. I've seen people wear their apple watch around their ankle so it doesn't miss a step during the day, which cracks me up. The lowest step count group saw a threefold or 200 percent greater risk in all-cause mortality compared to the highest step count group.
