Cannabinoids, CBD Oils, Topical or Non-Medical?
There is some early promising evidence that these can mitigate pain intensity, potentially more so in neuropathic kind of situations. So there may ultimately prove to be an effect in these kind of more nonspecific situations as well. I think that it is likely that these are going to have less harmful effects long term than opioids will. But we need more generalizable evidence with less heterogeneous data.
