CNN's John Sutter says he thinks the Wisconsin Supreme Court wants to rethink its approach to race and redistricting. The court is sending signals that they think section two of the voting rights act is on a collision course with the fourteenth amendment, writes Sutter. "They're just continuing omething that they've been doing already," adds Sutter.
