Is There a Union as Such?
There is no union as such. O tets step in the right create. It's creating a mentality of of we're all in it together, and the only way we're going to move it forward is if we all actually follow some sort of linearcreditation process that then backs our award wage. And every time someone agrees to a 20 thousand dollar wage a yonow, it brings it back down. So defining what is in tern ships, what are honorariums, and what are then actually paid rolls and responsibilities, is really important.
